sculptural form transitions effortlessly across settings, offering both intimacy and openness. With a sail-like silhouette and sides of varying lengths, it breaks from rigid formats to invite a more fluid, inclusive experience.

Maria Bruun’s Copenhagen-based studio moves fluidly between furniture, interior, and exhibitions – always rooted in material sensitivity and sculptural form. Trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, her work reflects a deep respect for Denmark’s design legacy, while offering a distinctly contemporary voice. Balancing artistic intention with everyday function, she sees no divide between the poetic and the practical.
