The String® System Hanger Racks are created to optimize a shelving combination with metal shelves. It is the optimal kitchen accessory, and it is available in two different sizes, 20 and 30 cm. The 20cm deep hanger racks fit 2-3 wine glasses (Ø7cm rim), and 3-4 on the 30cm deep hanger racks. A 58cm wide metal shelf can fit up to three hanger racks and a 78cm wide can fit up to four.
Each pack contains two hanger racks.

String System is a series of components featuring wire panels that offer almost unlimited combinations. The system is a multi-award winning design which has now become a design classic.
Over time, additional product groups have seen the light of day and String has kindly made room in the product portfolio for Works and Museum. Museum came to life on completely different terms. Architect studio TAF, Gabriella Lenke and Mattias Ståhlbom, was commissioned by the Swedish Nationalmuseum to design a console shelf for the museums bust collection as part of the artistic collaboration NM&.

About the Designer: Nisse & Kajsa Strinning
Kajsa and Nisse Strinning were a young architect couple in Stockholm when they won their first international design competition with String in 1949. Of course, String went on to become the String® System, and remains one of Sweden's most loved designs, as well as the world’s. Thanks to its elegant simplicity and ingenious construction, String® has earned a place in design history.
