The Relief Hook Rail offers a calm, ordered place for everyday things you want close at hand. It suits entryways, kitchens or bedrooms where you need generous hanging space for bags, jackets, kitchen towels or accessories. The fine-textured finish and soft tone echo the Relief dressers, so it sits naturally above or beside a matching unit or works on its own as a subtle accent on the wall. Slim in depth, it keeps to the wall and leaves the room feeling open while still adding practical storage and a clear visual link to the rest of the Relief series. Available in three different sizes reflecting the widths of the chests of drawers from Relief.

About the Brand: String Furniture

String System is a series of components featuring wire panels that offer almost unlimited combinations. The system is a multi-award winning design which has now become a design classic.

Over time, additional product groups have seen the light of day and String has kindly made room in the product portfolio for Works and Museum. Museum came to life on completely different terms. Architect studio TAF, Gabriella Lenke and Mattias Ståhlbom, was commissioned by the Swedish Nationalmuseum to design a console shelf for the museums bust collection as part of the artistic collaboration NM&.

About the Designer: TAF Studio

TAF is a Stockholm based design and architecture studio founded by Gabriella Gustafson and Mattias Ståhlbom. Creating products of extraordinary quality with a focus on the everyday, TAF Studio is preoccupied by context and origin, using materials and construction techniques in new and innovative ways to create designs both playful and thought provoking.

Since its foundation in 2002, TAF Studio has achieved international acclaim. The studio has been exhibited at MoMA in New York and its designs are now part of the permanent collections of the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and the Danish Design Museum in Copenhagen.
