Slim and shapely, Hvidt & Mølgaard’s Pinwheel table from 1953 is a multipurpose piece. Designed to be adaptable, it boasts a series of smaller tables that can be slotted together to form one elegant and unique piece. Available in oak or walnut with either brass or stainless steel legs.

About the Designer: Hvidt & Mølgaard

Renowned for the simplicity and craftsmanship of their designs, Peter Hvidt (1916-1986) met Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen (1907-1993) at Kunsthåndværkerskolens Snedkerskole, where he began first as his student and later taught alongside him. The two formed an instant, close friendship, moving on to experience their first success as a design duo after entering and winning the 1943 Swedish Slöjdföreningen's competition.
