Gemma Floor Lamp

A stand-out floor lamp that doubles as a sculpture. Gemma's shades are made using a modern variation on a centuries-old practice, which involves applying handmade glass details—in this case, rounded fins whose colours deepen when illuminated—to blown glass surfaces. Fitted with a brass dimmer on a solid brass base, and a dim-to-warm bulb. A collaboration with artist Sophie Lou Jacobsen. Flora uses classic Venetian glassmaking techniques to honour the beauty of nature. Its forms are innately irreplicable—like flowers, no two will ever be the same. Manufactured by In Common With, Brooklyn New York

Dimensions: 142.5cm H x 38.8cm Ø

Materials: Handblown glass, available in a range of finishes and combinations
Brass hardware details available in brass, patina brass, blackened brass or pewter.

Please note this fixture has handmade elements and may exhibit variability within the same piece. These variations are inherent in the production process and are not to be considered as defects. We do our best to maintain a consistent product while honouring handmade craftsmanship.

Additional Information: A rotary dimmer is located on the stem near the shade at the back of the floor lamp. This floor lamp comes with chocolate brown fabric cord.
