The Capo Bed is an extension of the Capo series, its simple and modern form enriched with tailoring details that evoke old-world sensibilities. Capo began as a series of seating, initially designed for the Italian restaurant Capo in Shanghai, where the interior design concept was based on a basilica and possessed an old world charm of masonry enclosure appointed with handsomely crafted detailing. The Capo is a well-balanced equilibrium between sophistication and utility, between classic and contemporary aesthetic.

NOTE: When using leather to upholster the expansive surface of the headboard, our craftspeople will use their discretion to ensure the natural variations in the hide’s colour and grain are most elegantly displayed. This may mean adding stitch lines to the headboard. Our craftspeople may also need to add a stitch line to the headboard when applying upholstery, such as those with a pattern or prominent texture, depending on the orientation of the roll.
