Designed in 1959, the Topan pendant was Panton's second ever design and his first mass produced lamp – followed later by the Flowerpot. An iconic design with a sculptural silhouette, the spherical form lends a sense of distinction when placed alone or in clusters, offering a focused light to dining rooms, kitchen counters and hallways alike.

Dimensions: 21cm Ø x 19cm H | Cord Length 300cm

Materials: Lacquered or plated aluminium & textile cord.
Production Process - The shade is spun into shape using a single piece of aluminium.

Verner Panton (1926 – 1998) is known worldwide for his avant-garde work and prolific experimentation with materials, shapes, and most importantly – colour. Throughout his career, he would advocate that colour had both a central meaning and function in design and that it should be used as a tool to enhance everyday life.
