With its curved backrest that folds elegantly around its back legs and ties the design together, the Cover Bar Stool challenges the possibilities of veneer through a forward-thinking approach, echoing the ideas of Scandinavian design. The design is lightweight and features a tall, enveloping back for extensive comfort that allows one to be seated in its seat for hours on end, be it for a dinner, a drink or even working at a counter desk.

Materials:
The Cover Bar Stool is made from form-pressed wood. The wood is folded over the chair's legs and backrest. This technically innovative wood layering helps lock the elements of the chair together.
Back and seat in oak veneer, solid oak frame and legs. Made using FSC™-certified (FSC-C028824) wood. Water-based lacquer. Footrest protector in tumbled stainless steel.
Upholstered seat available in a variety of fabric and leather options.

About the Designer: Thomas Bentzen

Thomas Bentzen, former designer at Louise Campell Studio, started his own studio in 2010. He is the co-founder of the design collective REMOVE and his products have received international recognition at fairs and exhibitions all over the world.
He likes to create objects that are functional and simple, while satisfying a human need when in use and creating joy when idle.
